The Life of a Yogi
Follow two teacher trainees through their daily
experiences in the first ever 800-hour
advanced teacher training course held at the Dharma Yoga New York Center.
The teacher training immersion program will be held August 12th through August 19th; daily entries will be posted within 24 hours.
Featuring yogis Olivia Foss and Cindy Ley-Sepe:
Olivia Foss opened Dharma Yoga Missouri in 2010
immediately after attending the last 200 hour immersion held at Dharma
East. She is completely devoted to bringing the Classical Yoga teachings
and techniques of Dharma Mittra to the Midwest, and has taught full time since
the center opened. She is deeply intrigued by the psychic development and
psychic sleep practices, which is why she has chosen to participate in the 800
hour program. Her favorite classes with Dharma are Deep Healing
Relaxation and Techniques for Self-Realization.
Cindy Ley-Sepe, a graduate of the 200 and 500
hr LOAY TT, is the mother of a 7, 10, and 11-year-old and a full-time Middle
School Teacher in Miami, Florida. She has also recently switched programs and
will be completing her Master's degree in Educational Leadership. Cindy shares
the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra in the three beginner Yoga classes she
teaches each week.
Stay tuned!
